These Terms and Conditions govern your use of thegreenpulse.cz and any purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products sold by GreenPulse are legal hemp products compliant with Czech and EU legislation. CBD flowers and extracts are intended for aromatherapy and collector purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Czech Koruna (CZK) and include 21% VAT (DPH). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of ordering.

4. Shipping

We ship to the Czech Republic and selected EU countries. Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

GreenPulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved under Czech jurisdiction.
